Yes. You will receive the same product that you see in the images. The photographs are taken to each product. There may be small variations in colors due to the device where the image is viewed.
You can find your sales receipt in two ways.
1. You can check your email that we sent with the confirmation of your purchase.
2. You can also enter your Account on our website and see the details of your Orders. GO TO MY ACCOUNT
If you can’t access your account, first try resetting your password. If you still can’t sign in after that, you can contact us info@artisticearrings.com for assistance.
The only cases that returns are allowed are:
1. If you received your product in bad condition or broken. In this case, you must write to us at returns@artisticearrings.com and send us photos of the product where it can be seen that it arrived in poor condition or broken. Once approved, we can refund the amount of your purchase to the original payment method or a credit balance in your AE Artistic Earrings account to make another purchase.
We try to ensure that our products on our website are always in stock. In the event that it is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase that product. We will try to have a new stock as soon as possible.
There may be the possibility that we temporarily disable earring models due to stock issues or seasonal earring impulses.

You can ship your order online from our store, to any address in the United States.
You must make sure to correctly write the shipping address and the person who will receive the order.
Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled and the shipping address cannot be changed.
